What the planner can safely decide

The planner combines categories that are supported across reviewed gameplay: target depth, the four team jobs, the main failure type, recovery state and whether the run expects a boss. From those inputs it can recommend a checklist such as preserve stamina, bring information, assign pursuit control, save a Revive Token or hold an instant-destruction item for Trial 10. It cannot calculate exact survival odds, damage, XP, card draw probability or item drop rate because the evidence packet does not contain stable formulas. A checklist tool is still valuable: most failed rooms come from missing jobs, unplanned item timing or everyone reacting to the same threat. Use the output as a pre-run conversation, then replace any assumption with current live text.

Use this as a decision aid and confirm current values in game.

What to do next

  1. Choose the target Trial or stopping point.
  2. Select the main failure risk from objectives, information, pursuit or recovery.
  3. Confirm which team roles are actually covered.
  4. Assign scarce items to a future failure window.
  5. Read the checklist aloud or share it before readying.
